This channel will show random ceiling fans, anything from cheap to high quality, antique to today, Heritage to Hunter Original, and tiny to extremely large.
I make ceiling fan videos to show how each ceiling fan operates, how much air they blow, how fast they spin, how quiet they are, and how much they wobble.

56" TAT industrial ceiling fans
These fans are located in a gift shop. They are controlled by an on/off switch.
RPM estimation on the left fan: 122
RPM estimation on the right fan: 125
Both of them have a bad capacitor, and it's not uncommon for TAT to have a bad capacitor. They don't blow very much air, and they don't make much noise or wobble much. Both fans are only shown on high since they're on an on/off switch.

Craftmade Omni ceiling fans (1-2 of 5)

These fans are located in Black Bear Diner. It seems like those fans used to have some lights on them, before the lights were removed, since Craftmade Omni did not come with those nuts on the bottom of the switch housing. These fans are located in Positano Coast. There are two of them, each controlled by a 6-speed remote control. A lot of companies sold fans like those, but WINGBO is the only one I could find with those canopies. This fan is located in TimberCreek Tap & Table. It is controlled by an included 4-speed wall control with capacitor ratings of 6uf, 8uf, and 14uf. It is made by PowerMax for Emerson. These fans are located in TimberCreek Tap & Table. There are two of them. Fanimation Spitfire include a remote kit which are not wired, and instead, they are controlled by a 3-speed wall control that's probably Lutron Rotary with capacitor ratings of 4.5uf and 9uf making it an average of 2.25uf and 4.5uf for each fan. These fans are located in Angelo's Italian Restaurant & Pizza. There are three of them. This fan is located in a master bedroom at my friend's house. It is controlled by a remote control. RPM estimation: 95/128/151 It made some clicking noise on low, and the capacitor is bad since high is not as fast as it should spin, but other than that it runs silent, wobble free, and blows okay amount of air. This the phoenix and the sentury/american tradition are my favorite traditional 5-blade fans from craftmade

I think that all of these fans should have been connected to each separate wall control.

i got one recently from habitat but it's little more rough shape on least 1 of the blade arms but it works great in all 3 speeds but didnt had light on mine at all

It seems that the industrials were there since at least 2009. Then by 2014 the tilghmans were put up. Then in 2015 they replaced them with industrials again which were there until at least 2020. Sometime after they replaced them with the steals and now they are replaced by these.
Yeah. I have some feelings that first set of Hampton Bay Industrial replaced another fans, unless whoever replaced Hampton Bay Industrial with Minka Aire Steal actually used an effort to replace 4 speed wall control with included ones that look the same (inside actually has different capacitors but an average person would assume it's the same model of the control). I remember when Minka Aire Steal had a good low speed, and a control that comes with a Hampton Bay Industrial would give them a fast low speed, and those fans are still on 4 speed wall controls, and I was told there are some sharpie marks to set to speed 1.
These look quite hideous, but at the same time, perform great!

That fan doesn’t make this sound anymore. The sound was caused by a dimmer switch chopping current, even at the full position. The dimmer has been disconnected and the fan no longer hums.

Emersons with larger motors like that are generally supposed to go faster. I notice these ones don't go as fast. These have 188mm motors as well.
Yeah maybe they have bad capacitors. It seems common for 188mm motor to have a bad capacitor because they often don’t use a right capacitor, meaning that the capacitor gets more volts causing them to wear out faster.
My aunt and uncle have that ceiling fan in their house, but it's white. August 21 2024

I have a white one and the rpm on low was measured at 68 and the high was 180. If you want to know who manufactured the fan, that is Yu Yuan.

No, they're not outdoor rated, but blades didn't seem to warp yet. Also the wobbling one died and was replaced with Harbor Breeze Calera which is outdoor rated.
